Xspouse License Pricing
How the purchase model works
Each year, a new annual version of Xspouse is released in accordance with the Judicial Council's annual certification cycle, which runs from
April 1 → March 31 the following year. The following are the key points about a purchase of Xspouse:
- One-time purchase per annual version: a purchase licenses the current annual release and includes free updates for that annual release only.
- Next annual version: when the subsequent annual version is released, a separate purchase of a license for that version is required.
- Free upgrade window: purchases made between December 1 and the release of the next annual version will receive a free upgrade to that next annual version. (The next annual version is normally released in the Judicial Council cycle around early April.)
- Not a subscription / no automatic billing: we do not store credit-card details and we do not auto-renew. We email registered users to notify them when a new version is available.
Pricing
The purchase price of an Xspouse license is based on the number of users who will use Xspouse.
"Users" refers to "separate individuals", not "concurrent users". For example, if 10 different people at your law firm will use
Xspouse at various times, you need a 10-user license, even if only one person will use Xspouse at a time.
